Since 2013, Nucleo has been delivering free, high-quality music education to children and young people in North Kensington. Today, we support more than 400 young people aged 0-20 through immersive ensemble-based learning that strengthens confidence, skills, families and communities.

As we continue to grow and expand our impact, we're looking for an experienced and proactive Head of Finance to provide strategic financial leadership and ensure strong financial management across the organisation.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys balancing strategic oversight with hands-on operational management in a purpose-driven environment.

Reporting closely to the Founding Director and working alongside the Treasurer, you will:

  • Lead all aspects of financial management and reporting

  • Support strategic planning and organisational growth

  • Maintain robust financial controls and compliance

  • Provide insights to inform key decision-making

  • Help build a financially sustainable future for Nucleo
